I began teaching in the Diocese of Rockville Centre over 30 years ago. I began my teaching career in 1981. Within those years, I have taught kindergarten, 4th grade, 5th grade, 6th grade, and reading K to 8. I was originally hired as a kindergarten teacher at St. Patrick's School, and in 1999, Sister Maureen saw the need for a remedial reading program and asked me if I would be interested. I have truly enjoyed my years at St. Patrick's. It has been very rewarding working with our staff, parents, and students.
